The New Moon in Libra falls on the 10th deg. which as per Nikola's theory is a Capricorn degree. So, it is a "severe and restricting" position. The Sun and Moon are in the 4th house for Israel, this changes in different parts of the world. They are conjunct Mercury, actually Mercury is Combust, weak, losing of it's energy, since it is as if "burnt" by the Sun. It moves into Scorpio on the 13th! Mark in the calendar... We can also see the Lilith conjunct the Luminaries, which is a bad omen, adding to the Cap. deg. Next the SN is also seen, which is also unfavorable to start a month. I wrote about the eclipse that occurred on the 2nd, in the former article.. But, not everything is dark and gloom, we have, again, for Israel, the Part of Fortune on the Asc!! conjunct, well, 6 deg. apart from Jupiter. Jupiter is called the Major Benefactor, but is is in it's detriment when in Gemini.. so not much of it's "Major-ness". The effect of the New Moon lasts till the next one, but we will have a culmination and change after the Full Moon..
Venus, the so called" Lesser Benefactor" is also in it's Detriment, since it is in Scorpio.. Moves to Sag. on the 17th.
Mars, is in Cancer, in it's "Fall" - so that makes a weak or wicked lord of wars... mostly defensive of the homeland( Cancer); Only after the next New Moon Mars moves to Leo- more attacks ?? probably.. Saturn is Retro in Pisces; moves only 2 deg. While Uranus, Neptune and Pluto move less than 1 deg. Pluto will turn Direct; a date to mark in the calendar on the 15th.

It is a day ruled by the Moon; she is at 20♊, conjunct Jupiter and in sextile to Chiron. I am looking at some shares and indices, and many have a CIT. on Nov. 4th... Now this is interesting on multiple levels:
On that day, again ! which is very rare.. there is another "Star of David " in the sky: which is possible, only because of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto positions at the last degrees of a sign. To add that, Mars just enters Leo ! which happens once in 2 years... and Mars is conjunct the Vertex; then you can also see the midpoints that happen, and last for a long time, since they are between slow planets.. and all this happens ONE day, before the USA elections.. Which, by the way, shows a victory to Trump.
This makes the third day ( ruled by Mars) unique in the creation story, where the phrase is generally said only once per day.
