The New Moon in Israel occurs today at 11:26 am in the 10th house, using Placidus. The 10th house speaks about the government, they are conjunct Chiron, and Lilith. Today, we have a huge turmoil in the Knesset. The Sun and Moon are at the Mercury-Uranus midpoint, that too shows the intensity of the day. The Sun and Moon square the nodes, it is a karmic fated day. The North Node is conjunct asteroid Sisyphus, extreme hardship, Lucifer, Chaos. While the South Node is conjunct Pholus and NYX, very negative asteroids. Pholus trines Uranus! There are excellent articles about Pholus. Look them up~ The orbit of Pholus is 91 years. In Israel's chart Pholus is at 27 Capricorn49, conjunct asteroid Requiem and Fanale. - trine Israel's Sun. Maybe this explains the sharp rise in sick in the last days... Also Saturn passing a conjunction with Pholus, the gov. shutting down today public busses, trains, all transportation, people are allowed to be at 50 meters distance from their address, only possibility to go and buy food and medicine. Now we will have Mars and Pluto getting in exact conjunction to it in the next days and weeks, (weeks because of the retro of Pluto see dates in March 23 post)
Time wise we are 7x 65= 455 days from Dec 25, 2018 low. ( S&P) Yesterday there was a try to raise the markets. Will it succeed?

What the heck? did I write in March , to have so many readers in one day?
Today is a day ruled by Uranus! and Jupiter. Uranus is at 6Tau32, while Jupiter is at 26Cap32. no aspect between the two. Jupiter is leaving a conjunction with Pluto, while Uranus also leaves a conjunction from Sun-Moon; or better say, the Sun+Moon - New Moon are approaching a conjunction with Uranus, since they both move faster. We have the New moon today, I will start a new article. We also have options expiry here; it's 8 am here, I was reading the news, FB, twitter to catch up with the news..

It is an interesting day today! 4/4/4 ! and Zet shows us, that it is a Satan Day. No idea why did a waning Moon , one day before the New Moon gets a name like that, but, it's a fact. The Moon is at 22* too, well, soon she moves on, I just caught her... The main issue in the chart is the NODES move to Gemini-SAG. axis! Till Jan.18, 2022.

Wow wow wow! No other word to describe what happened yesterday... First of all it was Hitlers' birthday. Second it was the Holocaust Memorial evening. remembering the 6 million who never came back. Many from my family as well. May their souls find peace. Then, it was INCREDIBLE, to find out, that the two Benjamins ( Benjamin Netanyahu and Benjamin Gantz) signed the papers, and we have a government.... I tried to find out at what exact time it happened, but in wrote in vain to 5-6 journalists on twitter, no one cared to answer. So the earliest tweet a colleague found for me was at 6:13 pm.Then, I read now on Twitter, that Kim Yong Un had a heart and blood vessels operation, and his life in in danger...Oh!!! But last and not least, the OIL fell to minus 16.74$!
So, let's take it one by one... Two days ago, I wrote to be careful about the oil's rollover. Not that I knew something like this can happen! But , as with options, one should not stay till the expiry, same with the contracts, one should nt stay till the end. Let others close the lights! Now, what actually happened was, that since the economy in the world is on lock down, there is no demand for oil, over production which cannot be just closed, and when there is no demand for something, its price falls. Since it was the MAY contract, that was not more traded, it fell, people actually payed other to take their oil positions. This is the first time in history it happens, and as incredible as it might be, there is always a first time. Now, we will not be surprised if it continues again. This sell off definitely damaged enormously the Arab countries. Someone wrote once, that oil will be spilt in the desert, no one claiming it. And, voila, we are living it!

Jupiter at 26* Capricorn, (since I use 1 deg. orb, it is solitary)
actually, with 1 deg. orb, Mars, Venus and Mercury are all solitary,
Saturn at 1*Aqua 36 squares the Sun, and triggers the eclipse degree;
Uranus at 6* Tau solitary;
Neptune at 19*Pisc 55 is solitary
Pluto at 24*Pisc 59 is quintile Chiron.
So, it is a very strange sky, of course there are many other aspects to fixed stars and parallels and contraparalells to each other, with which I will not load you...The main issue here, I think is the eclipse degree at cardinal Cancer being triggered at the same time by many.
So this is how we had the opening.
At the time of the signature of the gov. over here, and it was at the same time the oil started to crash, around 4 pm; the only thing that changed was the position of the Ascendant, at 20 Virgo, and the Moon at 2 Aries 58. Now, if you look at the date!! 20.4.2020, what do we get? 2,4,4=10, ruled by the Sun, which is squared by Saturn, that rules, oil and the gov. Neptune also rules oil, and it is at 19 degrees, self destructive degree.
So, voila... you have it..
Now the question is, can something survive for a long time, under a Waning Moon?
The answer to that is: NO.

Let's see the charts of Israel and Bibi with the approx. time of the signature Just look at the Moon (people) and Venus ( known enemies, partners ) at 4* triggered by the transiting planets! Here is BN chart with transits... Moon=partners at 20 Libra, is triggered by Neptune at 19 Pisc- which will knock out the partner.. I think the lesson Benny Gantz received from Bibi about negotiation was once in a life event. It is interesting, that the rulers of House 7 and 12 ( known and unknown enemies, are conjunct ( Mercury+ Jupiter) on the Ascendant. at 1 and 27 degrees. So when a planet will trigger them, hard times will come upon him. We see Saturn at 27 degree, in retro. Also transit Mercury+Uranus are trining them...thus the treat from the USA, China, etc.
Another sign for a treat is tr. Jupiter squaring the Sun, and Pr. Pluto on Venus.

Good morning to you all.
Answering a question from my old reader Vick, about SNAP; I was not familiar with this share, but when I look at the first trade chart, it has Sun, Mercury and Neptune in Pisces, and in the 10th House, very bad timing for an internet share... Ruler of internet is Uranus, and it is at 22^ in opposition Jupiter, also at 22^ the killer degree, So yes, it is weaker than the rest. It is a young share, "born on March 2, 2017, so not much history there, but a simple weekly chart tells us, that when it fell from 17, it was time to sell. Opened with high expectations, just like a Sun-Neptune conjunction would show, dreams dreams, illusions..
But, one doesn't need to be an astrologer to know how to trade. Below is a weekly chart. Just use Exponential moving average of 250, 50 and 13. When 13 falls below 50, just sell and don't look back. Last time this happened was on 3/16. If by a miracle will go above 17, that will be a buy. Even above 14.25. But if not, just forget about it.

The most important event in the sky today is the Sun entering Taurus. For us, Israel, it happens in the 7th house of "known enemies, partnerships". It fits the unending negotiations with Benny Gantz, mind you, we still don't have a gov, and Netanyahu does everything to escape trial. I wrote last year, that we will have a 4th elections...The Ascendant is at 25 Libra; it is an Aries degree. It's a shame... Mercury in in the 6th house of routine work and health, so people are allowed a tiny little bit to return to work. Venus is weak in Gemini and in H8, it is in 150^ to Mars- that too points to more trouble moneywise. Mars at 13 Aquarius- the sign of the people, in the sign of revolution, stirring up fights and revolt. Jupiter is still in Capricorn, so under Saturn's rulership, in the 4th, that too, because of Saturn has moved to Aquarius, stirs up revolt. The first aspect the Sun makes is a square to Saturn, actually, that happens tomorrow and on the next day. and later this week, in 5 days it will conjunct Uranus! That will be a burst out.
For Washington it's the same chart with the Ascendant at 6 Libra35; A lot of planets in H7, here too the open enemy is prominent, Venus, planet of money is in the 9th house though... bringing in law issues!? If you paid attention, I did not write about the virus for days. I think everything is being manipulated, and I refrain watch the TV. It just upsets me, and frustrates many, not having a way to do something. So I try to keep to the proverb:" there are two things in life one should not get anxious about. 1) the one you can do SOMETHING to change it, 2) when you can do nothing. " So, I am better off watching films or working. But how long can one sit on a chair and work? I wrote about Sedna on June 2019 ; and there is a long post on February 14,2020; Sedna moves so slow, that I could even consider it a fixed star. In any case, Jupiter- freedom- is castrated in Capricorn, and having a trine with Sedna, which is an evil body.. doesn't look good. Previously there was a similar trine when Jupiter was in Virgo..in Aug 21, 2016 and if you check the S&P, it could not break above the top for 2 weeks, finally gave in, on 9/8,16 and fell. Are we in the similar situation? no, because the other planets moved...So we must always look around upside down before we decide how to trade. This time this trine will last till May 28 and return in December, because Jupiter turns retro!

We have trade today, but tomorrow is again weekend, next trade on Sunday. So It is not worth while getting into position for one day. Thinks me... But you can play with intraday position. TA35 closed at 1347.19; the support is at 1346.70.
The Moon is still in Aquarius, now conjunct Mars; Sun 90^ Jupiter; and 120^ the Galactic Center, that happens twice a year; Mercury! 0^Lilith; the bad spirit; Saturn 150^ NNode;
Yesterday I wrote to watch out, because the Moon moved to Aquarius... What did we get in the S*P? A gap down!... So this you should remember, When the Moon is on Aqua/Leo axis, we get a fall in the S&P, so in the SPY as well.
Also it was a Fibonacci day; so everything was expected for a top and turn. If you trade any of the indices I posted their graphs yesterday, you are now gaining. Of course no one would say a word, or comment, anything... Really I write this blog for 3-4 people, who care and interact with me...

We don't have trade today, again... still Passover. But, for you, it is a main CIT day, being the 55th day from Feb. 20 top! So expect a top and turn short now... If any index topped, use that level to short below. On the other hand, there are indices that work as a mirror, so while the S&P top, they bottom, use that bottom to go long. I have no explanation to this... Guess it has to do with the first trade dates.
I had a funny night... Fell asleep very early, and woke up at 2:35..I got up, worked for 2 hours, and at 4:45 I thought, enough is enough and I went back to bad, just to sleep over 9 am. So today's alerts were a little bit late. But, during those early hours I got a clue on something, so I programmed the computer to work on it and now I can use that to all forecasts...

Yesterday I posted about the USA elections, now I just checked who else has elections this year? Will they be postponed? I see that due to the virus, elections are being postponed! North Macedonia, Serbia, not in Poland! no no, they are immune to the virus... In Belarus they have a president who will run for the 6th time...He is in charge since 1991. If we mentioned dictators... No one can stay subjective such a long time.. Cyprus postponed by 6 months.; Bolivia postponed, Suriname too in S.America, Syria postponed it too... So what if the elections will be postponed in the USA as well? The curse will not "fit"... LOL... just a thought. People wrote me yesterday there is no such thing as this curse... Well. OK. Maybe not, but 6 out of 8 presidents died in a year that they were elected that was divisible by 20, so what is the reason for this "coincidence?" Sooooo many people live on "lifting curses!".

Of all the interesting people born today I chose to mention Christian Huygens ( April 14,1629- July 2, 1695) . First time I hear about him, I doubt you know who he was... Well, here is his life in 3 lines:
Dutch mathematician and natural philosopher. He is known particularly as an astronomer, physicist, probabilist and horologist.
Huygens was a leading natural philosopher of his time. His work included early telescopic studies of the rings of Saturn and the discovery of its moon Titan, the invention of the pendulum clock and other investigations in timekeeping. He published major studies of mechanics and optics, and a pioneer work on games of chance.
He died in The Hague on 8 July 1695.

Now If Avner lives in that other place, it turns up, that it was renovated ON PUBLIC MONEY! a year ago.. So either way he lives freely on OUR account. The fine is 5000 shekels for those who do visit elders.

We are now in total lock down. No one can drive out from his town to the other, and walking by foot is allowed 100 meters from one's domicile. Masks are mandatory. There is a shortage of eggs now.. People buy them by the hundreds, God's know why.... When it is not good to eat more than two a day. And certainly not the yellow part of it! I I put the eggshells on my flowers, in the soil. It is good for them.
So.. it is quiet outside. I don't mind, I am busy all the time anyway. But many people are getting anxious and bored to death... It is hard, when one retired from work , like most of my friends now, and they don't have a hobby! Besides cleaning or cooking.. all the energy in the gym is wasted. I don't like cooking, lol... so, I mostly eat soups and salads. I would certainly not waste my time in the kitchen, so if you are looking for a wife, to cook for you, move on! LOL...
The markets soared yesterday, as expected, people made a lot of money. Well, we need it now, when no help comes from the government.. The rules they brought to trick one out of getting any money is incredible. I was not expecting anything, so I am not disappointed, but wawawa.. there are hundreds of thousands of people who will discard their anger ASAP. You will see...

I am very much concerned about Boris Johnson! his numerology and astrology charts are horrible!
That Neptune+Koronis couple in his house of health, on Chiron are long lasting position, because of Neptune turning retro-direct retro- till 2022. There is also a very disturbing long lasting Hades at 11 Cancer- marked in blue. Uranus in the 8th, sextiles natal Saturn, and his mars is also triggered. If I make different charts, I would get more disharmonious aspects.. What can help? Jupiter! but it is at 25 Cap, On may 14, turns retro.. Jupiter, being in Cap. is under saturnial effect, and tr.Saturn from 1 Aqua squares his Moon at 0 Sco!. that is also bad, What else can help? Venus! His natal Venus is under the fixed star Betelgeuse, at 28 Gem. in transit , Venus is at 3 Gemini, 150^ to natal Moon, conj. mars, square Saturn, and Uranus! Continuing my thoughts on the UK: here is the natal chart : Jan.1, 1801. It has the people(Moonׁׁׁׂׂ at 18Cancer 26. The 6th house of health opens in Pisces, and we have now, (in the Solar return chart, that shows the whole year of 2020, the Moon and Neptune conjunct together with the Lilith and Chiron at later degrees.
Ruler of the 6th is Jupiter (in ancient astrology, and Neptune in the modern, Jupiter is at 1.51^ Leo, in Retro in the natal, and it receives for one year, a square from Uranus, so that was possible to foresee! Furthermore! Pluto in the SOlar return chart is at 22^!
All these together point to a difficult year - health wise ~ for the people.

If I take in consideration the last low, March 23, all over the world, today we are 7 bars and 10 days later.... Interesting, that Asia turned up between March 18-20; that means 11 bars or 15 days; so each index with its own rhythm..

Reading face book, there are so many stories about what is happening today, that it is hard to know what is true and what is fake. I guess, we should wait for Mercury leaving Pisces, and the conjunction with Neptune, to have a clearer view and knowledge of what is going on. Australia effectively banned Huawei and another Chinese telecom firm, ZTE, last year when it applied national security rules to companies supplying equipment to telecoms firms.
New Zealand has blocked Huawei from supplying one mobile network with 5G equipment, but has not yet ruled out all Huawei 5G contracts completely.
These two countries, along with the UK and Canada, make up the so-called Five Eyes intelligence-sharing network with the US.
The UK is still reviewing its 5G telecoms policy and may allow Huawei to supply "non-core" 5G components, such as antenna masts.
Canada is still weighing up its decision over Huawei.
The United States has effectively blocked all Huawei involvement in its 5G networks.
No Europe-wide decision yet
So far, no European country has formally blocked Huawei, and the majority of the company's current global 5G contracts are with companies operating within Europe.
The EU in March issued recommendations about 5G security, asking member states to review their networks by the end of June and report their findings to the EU Commission.
Despite pressure from the United States, Germany has resisted a ban, and France has not indicated it plans to follow a tough line against the Chinese company.
The Netherlands' largest telecom firm, KPN, has already made clear that it would not allow Huawei to build its "core" 5G infrastructure, but it could supply other equipment considered less sensitive.
The Dutch government is expected to make a decision on using Huawei equipment by the end of June.
A telecoms firm in Russia signed a deal with Huawei on 5G technology during a visit to the country in June by the Chinese president.
Inroads into Asia
South Korea launched commercial 5G services last month, and one of its three carriers has used 5G equipment supplied by Huawei.
5G trials are due to be carried out in India later this year with Huawei one of the companies invited to take part.
However, there are reports that India may limit Huawei's involvement in developing its 5G infrastructure.
Malaysia has already made clear that Huawei can be involved in developing its 5G networks, with the prime minister visiting the company's office in Beijing in April."

Today Venus is the strongest planet. It is also OOB! It is at the last degree of Taurus, approaching the Pleiades, that moved from 29 Taurus to 1 Gemini. The fixed stars move each 72 years..
But, the most important aspect in the sky in these days, is Mercury-Neptune conjunction in Pisces. Culmination of fake news, disillusionment, lies, don't sign/buy/ promise anything, also don't believe in any promises made on these days- till at least April 11th.

We have a Sun-Moon square; which will go away tomorrow; but we have a Pluto-Jupiter conjunction, which stays, in Capricorn, and a Mars- Saturn conjunction in Aquarius. Mercury, the little devil is at 15 Pisces. So what the planets tell us is, that the situation is continuing. Venus, the little benefactor is at 27 Taurus44; it is approaching the Weeping Sisters at 0^ Gemini; this too shows that first it will be worse. before getting better.
Let's see how are we doing time-wise? Today we are 21 days from 3/18; 77 days from 1/22; 483 days from 12/12/2018 ( all multiples of 7).
then also 120 days from 12/3/2019; 240 days from 8/5/2019; etc etc...

Revising my chart on the Corona Virus, that I posted on Jan .22, 2020. Then we thought, that the virus's incubation time is 5 days. Now we know, it can be 2 weeks or more. It can come with or without symptoms...Then I posted a chart for Nov 25. But what if I change the date to Nov 5? We had Mars~90~Pluto; Lilith~60~Pluto; SAturn ~60~Neptune; Venus~150~Uranus' and the Sun at 12^ in Pisces! a Pisces degree too. Then I did not know KORONIS, WUhAN, HUBEI, CHINA asteroids existed!!! ( Thank to Alex Miller, I learned about them).

So, we can easily see that the potential for this conjunction as an indication of hard times is real. However, by itself it does not necessarily indicate a time of something like the current coronavirus pandemic. This is especially so since we do not immediately see something that would affect the entire planet, or do we not? However, there is an indication with which most modern astrologers are not familiar, but it is an indication to which all astrologers until the early modern period routinely paid attention. If we examine the position of Mars, we find is that it is 23° 42’ from 0° Capricorn. The Saturn-Pluto conjunction, on the other hand, is 22° 46’ from 0° Capricorn in the other direction. Also, Mercury is 23° 18’ from 0° Capricorn in the same direction the Saturn-Pluto. Longitudes that are equidistant from either 0° Capricorn or 0° Cancer are said to be in each other’s antiscion (pl. antiscia) from the Greek meaning ‘counter-shadows’). In my experience this relationship, when it is this close, is as powerful as a conjunction. It is also true that planetary relationships that involve 0° of the Cardinal signs have been regarded both in ancient and modern astrology as connecting a planetary configuration to the entire world. No locality need be specified to see this. Considering the relationship between Mercury and breathing, and Mars with inflammation, and the Saturn-Pluto with obstruction, I believe the coronavirus (along with other similar types of illness) becomes an obvious potential manifestation of this conjunction.

Saturn-Pluto and the Coronavirus - Robert Hand
For some time now astrologers have been anticipating a conjunction between Saturn and Pluto. This occurred on January 12, 2020, in Capricorn at 22° 46' at 4:59:20 PM GMT. These conjunctions have been important throughout history indicating periods of difficulty and struggle and, also, of hardening attitudes and ideologies among the populations of the world. This has been apparent throughout the entire time that Saturn has been in Capricorn applying to this conjunction. This ingress of Saturn into Capricorn happened in December 2017, by which time Pluto had been in Capricorn for some time. The effects of this pair of planets in Capricorn have been evident through that entire time since then until now (March 2020).
However, while the typical effects of Saturn-Pluto conjunctions have been manifesting, something else has occurred in recent months that adds a great deal to the picture. This is the advent of the novel (meaning a new form of) Coronavirus also known as COVID-19. Epidemics and pandemics, while they are not inconsistent with the combination of Saturn and Pluto, also do not necessarily follow from the symbolism. The general symbolism of Saturn-Pluto has to do with difficulties. So, what is the connection between the Saturn-Pluto conjunction, if any, and the advent of COVID-19?
First, let’s examine the nature of the Saturn-Pluto combination. Saturn’s basic virtue is low energy, rigidity and hardness, known in traditional literature as cold and dry. Pluto can be described in several ways, but the simplest description is to describe it as irresistible, or at least nearly so, transformation. Obviously, these two have little in common and they are a good example of the irresistible force meeting the immovable object. The combination can be characterized in other ways as well. Because Saturn tends to refer to ‘less’ rather than ‘more’, it can be called a transformation that involves shrinkage or an increasing lack of something. In sociological terms this would lead us to consider that the Saturn-Pluto combination has to do with increasing lack, want, poverty or, on the other hand, increasing rigidity such as we find in political movements throughout the world at present (March 2020). Below, I have chosen to discuss briefly several conjunctions that are illustrative because of the particularly obvious Saturn-Pluto symbolism in their times.
1. Three conjunctions in 1786: March 27, August 9 and December 8. This was a time when the situation in France deteriorated rapidly in the face of increased famine, the anger of the peasants and lower classes as a result of their poverty, and the increasing isolation of the King and aristocracy from the people. It was a time, simply put, of depression. This depression led in turn to the French Revolution beginning in 1789 which eventually put all of Europe and a good part of the rest of the world into a state of upheaval until Napoleon was defeated at Waterloo in 1815.
2. Three conjunctions in 1819 and 1820: May 5 and October 5 in 1819 and January 11 in 1820. In the years after Napoleon’s fall the kingdoms of Europe met at the Congress of Vienna, in an attempt to reconstruct Europe according to the way it had been before the French revolution. This led to the installation of reactionary governments and political repression over most of Europe. Revolutions against this state of affairs began in 1830.
3. Three conjunctions in 1851 and 1852: June 6 and November 11 in 1851, and February 10 in 1852. The effects of these conjunctions were most evident in the United States. In this time the states of the union tried hard to make compromises that would prevent a civil war. They not only failed, but made the situation worse, so that by the time these three conjunctions were finished the likelihood of Civil War in the near future had become inevitable. The North and the South hardened their positions making further compromise impossible. The so-called “Compromise of 1850” was the most important event in this time, followed in 1857 by the Dred Scott decision in the Supreme Court which appears to have been an effort to placate the South but merely inflamed the North.
4. Three conjunctions in 1914 and 1915: October 4 and November 1 in 1914, and May 19 in 1915. World War I began shortly before these, which was up to that time the bloodiest war in history. Arguably also, it was the direct cause of World War II because the settlements made at the end of World War I were not intelligently made, according to most historians.
5. One conjunction on August 11, 1947. This conjunction, which coincided with the transit of Mars passing over the conjunction several times, represented the final closing of the “Iron Curtain” until the late 1980s and early 1990s. The term “Iron Curtain” is itself enough to indicate the presence of the Saturn-Pluto energy. During this time, the last of the nations that had been independent in Eastern Europe, including Czechoslovakia, fell under Soviet domination.
There are several other conjunctions in between these which I have avoided mentioning not so much because they did not exemplify the energy of Saturn-Pluto as that the energy was not as obvious as in the examples that I have cited. However, the qualities of the time leading up to this most recent conjunction have clearly demonstrated its presence. Given the precision of modern astronomical calculations employed in astrological software I think we can safely assume that the hour and the minute given above are correct but I’m not entirely certain of the exact second of time. It may very well be accurate to the second. Below is the chart erected for Greenwich UK with the planets placed in the signs of the zodiac rather than houses. This chart and all other charts in this article are erected using the signs as houses, also known as the Whole-Sign House System.
It is immediately obvious that one of the defining characteristics of this chart is not only the Saturn-Pluto conjunction but also the fact that within 1° to either side of the conjunction are to be found the Sun, Saturn and Mercury. This is a very close conjunction of four planets and it certainly adds importance to the Saturn-Pluto conjunction. It is not only the exact conjunction of Saturn-Pluto but also the annual conjunction of the Sun, with Pluto and Saturn, a superior conjunction with Mercury (Mercury is direct) and not too long before the Sun made its annual conjunction with Jupiter. Also, we should note that Saturn disposes of the entire conjunction reinforcing the Saturnian quality of this particular Saturn-Pluto conjunction.
This is to some extent 20-20 hindsight. I am not sure that I would have made this connection before the fact. But this conjunction occurred quite close to another significant astrological event, the ingress of the Sun into the sign of Capricorn, the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere. Although the details of the method of ingresses vary, it is commonplace in astrology at least since the middle ages and quite possibly from earlier times, to cast the chart of the ingress of the Sun into the four cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Some systems suggest that the Aries ingress should be used for the entire year with the other three playing subordinate roles. Other methods of using ingresses do that only under certain circumstances. In my own studies I have found it useful to erect all four charts. For these to be meaningful, however, they need be erected for particular places on earth. I will start with the Capricorn ingress for 2019 which occurred a few weeks before the Saturn Pluto conjunction.
The houses in a mundane chart have significations that are clearly derived from those of natal astrology but adjusted according to the needs of forecasting for the collective social order rather than an individual. This will be demonstrated below.
The sign of the Midheaven, Gemini in this case, and the sign of the Ascendant, Virgo, are both signs that are ruled by Mercury. With Virgo rising, using whole-sign houses, Virgo is the first house of the chart. Likewise, Gemini with the Midheaven in it is the tenth house of the chart. This is not always the case with this house system. In many signs depending on latitude both in terms of distance from the equator and whether the latitude is north or south, the Midheaven may fall in the ninth or eleventh houses and in extreme latitudes even in the eighth and twelfth. There is a procedure for dealing that will be illustrated in some of the charts below.
In mundane astrology, which is the oldest form of astrology even though it has changed significantly from its earliest forms, the tenth house indicates the ruler or governor, or in general the executive head of government as opposed to the legislative branch. The latter is typically assigned to the eleventh house. The first house is assigned to the people, their general condition, health and prosperity. Therefore, Mercury in this chart has rulership over both the executive branch of government and the people in general. Note that Mercury is in Sagittarius only 3’ from the Imum Coeli in the fourth house. This house signifies land in a physical sense, real estate, natural resources and everything else derived from the earth. Also, Mercury is in a close square (90°) with Neptune on the Descendant in Pisces. In modern astrology Pisces is said to be the sign “ruled” by Neptune, but as a user of traditional sign rulers I do not accept that. Pisces is, however, the sign in which Mercury is most debilitated. As you can see, both the Ascendant and Midheaven ruler is debilitated.
When I first saw the Mercury square to Neptune in this chart, I immediately assumed that it symbolized confusion and miscommunication between the people and the executive branch of government. One could easily connect this with what are widely regarded as Donald Trump’s “misrepresentations,” and there is some basis for this astrologically speaking, but it is more characteristic of Mercury-Neptune combinations in their most extreme and difficult form to indicate delusional thinking which may in turn lead to such misrepresentations. So, I saw this as indicating the continuation of, shall I say, “Trumpery?”
However, in retrospect it does seem apparent that Mercury’s natural rulership over the lungs and Neptune’s generally debilitating qualities regarding physical health is another indication of lung disorders. This would not have been easy to see in advance but in retrospect it does make sense, especially given the direct connection between Mars, Mercury and the Saturn-Pluto conjunction in that chart.
Previously, I mentioned that it is customary to regard the Aries ingress chart, which occurred in this case in the spring of 2019, as dominating the entire year until the next Aries ingress in the spring of 2020. I also mentioned that I like to look at all ingress charts, not just the Aries ingress regardless of its characteristics, but let us take a quick look at the 2019 Aries ingress for Washington DC.
The result is interesting. The rising sign is again Virgo and the Midheaven sign is again Gemini. Also, Mercury, again ruling both the Midheaven and Ascendant, is now in Pisces conjunct Neptune on the Descendant. Both charts have indications about the relationship between the people and the U.S. presidency, and the possibility of lung infections among the people. The two charts give the same message. The Capricorn ingress of 2019 reinforces the Aries ingress. However, Mercury is more debilitated in Pisces than it is in Sagittarius and in addition in the Aries ingress Mercury is retrograde. It is interesting to note that the planetary positions are the same for every location of any given ingress chart but the positions regarding the Ascendant and Midheaven are not. This astrological condition requires a capital or city somewhere in the general vicinity of Washington DC. It may not be clear to some readers, but this does include all locations in New Jersey and southern New York. These areas are close enough to Washington so that the house relationships will be identical.
Now, we should look at the Aries ingress that has just occurred for Washington DC at the beginning of the spring of 2020. The chart is below.
In this chart we have Scorpio rising, which in traditional astrology is ruled by Mars and Mars is in Capricorn, its exaltation, conjunct Jupiter and Pluto, and, a bit more distantly, Saturn. These are all in the third house, again using whole-sign houses. Mercury, which rules the Midheaven is again in Pisces a sign in which it is debilitated. It is not conjunct Neptune, but Neptune is still in Pisces. Of the two main problems we have seen in the previous charts, communication problems from the executive branch of government, and lung diseases. We see the first of these two problems quite clearly with Mercury in Pisces on the Imum Coeli and ruling the Midheaven. This is a case in which the Midheaven does not fall into the tenth sign but the eleventh (a situation I referred to previously). According to Vettius Valens, an astrologer of the second century CE, this means that the sign containing the Midheaven, namely Virgo, does double duty indicating both the executive (tenth house) and Congress (eleventh house). The actual tenth sign is Leo which refers solely to the executive, which is indicative because Leo is the U.S. president’s ascending sign. One problem with the technique of rulerships here is that in an ingress chart the Sun is always at 0° of one of the Cardinal signs. The problem is that if the Sun is one of the major significators in the chart, it is always in one of four positions, 0° of a Cardinal sign. None of the older books, with which I am familiar, seem to deal with this.
Do we have any indications here of continued lung diseases? Yes, but it is one, with which most modern astrologers are not familiar, but which I have found to be very powerful. In modern astrology there is a common tendency to equate the signs with the houses, making the first house, for example, just like the sign Aries, the second like Taurus, the third house like Gemini, and so forth. There is only one important way in which this was done in ancient and medieval astrology. This was to equate the houses and the signs regarding organs and parts of the body over which they were supposed to rule. Therefore, Aries and the first house signify the head, Taurus and the second house, the throat and neck, Gemini and the third house, the shoulders the arms, the hands and fingers, and the lungs. Notice that in this chart we have Mars, Jupiter, Pluto and Saturn in the third house in Capricorn. Of these planets Mars is in its exaltation, Jupiter is in its fall, Saturn is in its domicile. Pluto, as an outer planet, has neither dignity nor debility by sign following the traditional system of dignities. Jupiter is also said by some sources to rule the lungs. Now, of course, this is not the chart of an individual. This is a chart that concerns the entire USA. However, I don’t think it is unreasonable to regard it as applying to the people of the country, because the first house is the house that signifies the people, and Capricorn in this chart is the third house counted from the Ascendant.
It is not easy to say whether the spring quarter will be as bad as the winter quarter has been. The only indication here is that Jupiter rules Sagittarius, the second house, which is the wealth of the people and it is in fall and arguably besieged by malefics to use the ancient term. (The state known as “besieged by malefics” was generally considered to be one of the worst conditions a planet could have in the chart.) By this time astrologers looking at the previous charts should already be encouraged to look at these charts to see if there are any further indications of the coronavirus or something similar. And in this chart, we have found one. Let us move on to the summer quarter, the Cancer ingress.
Once again, we have Scorpio rising and Virgo on the Midheaven while Leo is the actual tenth sign from the Ascendant. These are the same signs as in the Aries ingress. However, Mercury in this chart is in Cancer but it is again retrograde. And, we do still have Jupiter in fall in Capricorn in the third house along with Pluto, so I don’t think we can quite say that we are out of the woods in the summer quarter, although there may be some improvements in the situation. This has been suggested by several people in the news, especially from the administration, largely by analogy with influenza which does usually become less dangerous in warm weather. It has also been pointed out that the analogy with influenza may not be reliable, but I don’t think we really know one way or the other.
Now, let us look at the Libra ingress, designating the beginning of the autumn quarter to see what we can find.
This chart is somewhat less encouraging from the point of view of the easing of illness among the people. First, we find Mercury in the twelfth house (just barely because the Ascendant is in the first degree of Scorpio). And Mercury is in close and applying opposition to Mars in Aries. Mercury is neither strongly dignified nor debilitated. Mars is retrograde, which makes it behave strangely, but otherwise it is in its domicile and, contrary to widespread belief dignity by domicile or other essential dignity does not make a planet better, it makes it behave more authentically for good or bad. Mars is also the ruler of the ascending sign as it is in the sixth house of the “illness of the people.” And as if that were not enough, they are both squared by Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn in the third house. I am running the computer to find the upcoming aspects for the month. I want to see and show you, where are the difficult times, not that we don't know, that the whole 2020 will be! As I opened my computer today, thanks to WIlliam Stickevers, I see this news: Thomas Schaefer, age 54, Germany's finance minister, who wanted to make a public announcement on Sunday, was found dead on the train road. They came to conclusion, he committed suicide. But, did he? The article says, there were many witnesses...
Schaefer, 54, had been widely expected to succeed Hesse’s prime minister, Volker Bouffier, if Bouffier decided not to stand for re-election in 2023.
Bouffier said in a separate statement: “We are all shocked and can hardly believe that Thomas Schaefer died so suddenly and unexpectedly.”
Regional broadcaster Hessenschau said Bouffier was due to make a public statement on Sunday. )
I don't have his hour of birth, but there are too many aspects, that point to a crime. We will never know.

Guys, I should stick forecasting the markets, because whatever happens in the local politics I am an amateur! In the markets at least there is math, stops and targets... calculations can be made. But here? In "Neverland?" ... It is an enigma what is happening... Yesterday Benny Gantz, leader of Blue and White party, who got the mandate from the President to form a government, crawled to Netanyahu, and made a compromise, letting more than a million voters with open mouth, in shock, in despair! Unbelievable.. I wrote a few days back, 3/16, that "WOLF ALSO SHALL DWELL WITH THE LAMB" as the Bible has it... And I meant that 3 former chief of Staff will make a narrow party with the growing and growing Arab party. Well... none of that happened.. The wolf is Netanyahu, and the LAMB is Gantz. But, I have to admit Bibi is no. 1 strategist. He might be a liar, nobody believes what he says, but he is the best chess player around. Pity he fights only for the one who looks back at him in the mirror.
So let's see what I did not see:
Blue and White party was formed under a black moon, on Feb.21,2019 at 4:22 am. With Pluto at 22 Virgo, the killer deg. And the Moon at 22 Virgo. The party split up yesterday at 15:30, when Gantz agreed to go with Bibi, again under a black Moon. Whatever happens under a Black moon doesn't have a life span., it won't succeed. Yesterday, under Venus at 22 Taurus, triggered both and the party split. The party lived 399 days. 57 weeks
Agreement was signed under a Mercury-Neptune conjunction in Pisces, and the party split, when Mercury were again together in Pisces. It did not have a chance.. That Mercury!!!

When I look back to what I posted about eclipses in my previous articles, I am amazed! How everything "clicks", events that no one could foresee!

the eclipse. )"
It was around end of October, November that the Corona Virus spread in China. Closest day to watch is March 28!

Today, when I am already aware of the existence of many asteroids, that represent the Coronavirus. Let's look again at the Dec.26, 2019 Solar eclipse chart, made for Israel. The chart will be the same made for any other place, only the Asc. would change and the house position of the Sun and Moon.
In this chart we see the Sun and Moon in the 12th house, of "undoing" We are now at the end of March, and we still don't have a gov. They are still fighting, demolishing everything sacred in a democratic country.. The 12 house tells us, that the gov. is not functioning, least to say. Maybe some will find themselves in jail, or hospital, which is not rare under the Corona.
House of health, is represented by Mercury- it is too in the 12th house and God knows, that many troubles that pop up daily now, under Netanyahu's' 10 years of being ALSO health minister. Look! Mercury, is in detriment in Sag, and CONJUNCT asteroid Wuhan and Requiem- endings.. They all are in opposition Hygiea, in the 5th house , in Gemini, representing children, actors, celebs, and the stock market. Will they close down the market? question for the coming week!
Will they close down the internet? Uranus trines the Eclipse! That too is a question of a few days from now.. The 5th house is ruled by Venus, opens in Taurus, and this is conjunct Koronis and in opposition China-and we saw the disaster they went through. Is Venus conjunct Koronis a sign for the fall we had 2 month later? Now we can say, definitely...
I highlighted Pluto! It was at 22 Capricorn.The killer degree. All the planets/ asteroids in yellow are triggered by Pluto! Pluto is conjunct Saturn, which rules it, being the ruler of Capricorn, sign of governments, where they both are! - so Pluto destroys the gov.
Jupiter , ruler of law and order, is strong in Sag, but in the 12th house, and conjunct the eclipse, the South Node! Law too will go under. Anarchy. Mars is in the 10th house , at 24 Scorpio- very strong- Mars is the army, = martial law...
So this is what the Solar eclipse showed us last year, and only the blind, the ignorant or the one who did not look deep enough, ( like your undersigned) failed to see.
Let's look at the upcoming eclipse at 0 Cancer, on 21 June 2020:
The eclipse, for Israel occurs on the cusp of the 11th house, of the big enterprizes, the Knesset. I use 1 degree orb, so I narrow down the aspects. Usually 5-8 degree is used. What can we see here? The eclipse is in opposition the VERTEX and the Center of Galaxy! Tells us of very very fated times. It is a cosmic event. Maybe E>T> will land.. after all. Then they send disharmonic aspects to SAturn (gov) Wuhan~ conjunct~ Jupiter and Pluto are still in Cap. Both in RETRO! This is not going away fast, that's for sure.. a lesson must be learned here. Pluto, as we must know by heart now, first comes to destroy, in order to rebuild later.. Mars ~army~ receives a 150^ from China..( Will china embark in a military attack? or move? Using a 5 deg. orb, we find Mars conjunct Neptune in Pisces (check out what Lilly wrote 600 years ago! Will the soldiers be in quarantine? I added Lilly's quote for the event. or will the gov. go into a modern crusade!? (Mars- army- Neptune religion)..
And finally, look at Uranus! It is solitary. The only aspect it makes is to Orcus. and this is what I have about it:

Positive: a person of one’s word, challenges broken promises, aligned with a
spiritual creed, accountable for personal thought, word and deed
Negative: hypocritical, fault finding in the ways of others, blame assigning,

Mundane: contracts, oaths to organizations, religions or countries, creeds
Ceremonial: declaring faith, writing creeds, channeling the latest cosmic
downloads and formatting it into doctrine
a prominent Orcus represents isolation and even confinement leading to a
spiritual breakthrough.

Today we have a double Mercury affect. This means, a lot of volatility in the markets, more fake news, more deaths and sick. Mercury is in Pisces, source of all evil. Why evil? because Mercury shows its negative "face" in this sign, which is the 12th sign of the wheel, and the 12th house represents closed places, hospitals, end of things. But, I am repeating myself.. check former posts.. If you check it above, only on March 31st it moves out of Pisces, to Capricorn, in the Heliocentric chart, so hang on there!
The markets turned up yesterday. That we expected, not only because of the New Moon, but some math shows this day. The question now is, how long will it last. No doubt, it will not reach former tops, but, we got some days of "amnesty" to gain back some lost capital.

how are you?? you are right, life i believe Never be Normal anymore even if they stop Bickering and open the life functions and once again we can go out and shop like the way we did before
i read about Sedna, and i thought she brings about cool cold weather or say ICE age in water again and we may see more cooling than normal in ocean and melting of Glaciers might stop !!!
what do you think?? what you think are out of stock market decline now seems like everything is rosy again in fiat money wonderland; did you notice FEDERAL RESERVE balance sheet it will be 10 trillion dollars soon i guess they can keep printing

DeleteThank you for your message, and for thinking out me. Yes I am well, all the family is, except for not being able to hug them.
If you read my post from New Moon in Aquarius, I wrote that Sedna is in Taurus since 1967- till 2024; So I find it a little difficult to put a "cooling" adjective next to its name... Note, that is was 82 years in Aries and only 57 in Taurus.
About the stock market: I think they will keep it up, no crashes this year, after all it is an election year. Anyway, if we stick to the stops I give, we can minimize losses.
